Since its first edition in 2017, the festival has been a real springboard for animation cinema in Cameroon and French-speaking Central Africa, thanks to the support of loyal partners such as the French Institute of Cameroon, TV5 Monde, and TIVI5. This year, CANIMAF promises an even richer and more diverse program, with activities for all animation enthusiasts.
CANIMAF returns in 2024 with a special focus on Cameroonian animation, offering a comprehensive overview of achievements from the past four years and upcoming projects. This special edition will be an opportunity to take stock of the animation industry in Cameroon, highlighting emerging talents, notable successes, and challenges to overcome.
